Hey brewtech, I am reading Animal Vegetable Miracle now too. My SO got it for me for Father's Day along with In Defense of Food and Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollen. Great book, and I'm glad to see that it is required reading for a class. Did your SO ever squash that bug to make the cheese?

We got our hands on some milk from a local dairy that was only pastureized on their premise, the say that the company that actually packages their milk pasteurizes again. She is going to give it a try on Tuesday.

Nope, but I think I'll leave that up to the adventures of you and Mr. North, then have a taste of yours.

The 30minute Mozerrella experiment was successfull. We decided to roll some smaller balls and marinate in olive oil with sundried tomatoes and basil.
