Been making wine, beer, mead for over two years now. Have a new 100 vine vinyard that I have high hopes for. The Berry Blonde Ale Beer Kit from HBO is a big hit with the friends and family. The family has really enjoyed the brews I've made - I average one a month - and you won't find a main stream beer in any of their homes. In fact I'm going to have to move up to 10 gallon batches. Right now I've got 18 gal. Chardonnay in MLF, 6gal light oak, 6gal light toasted oak and 6gal french oak. 5gal Mead that should be ready for the holidays. 6 gal blackberry/Niagra that needs to be bottled. 6 gal Peach wine. And just bottled some German Oktoberfest.
